Scripture
Paul writes:
“The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
— 2 Timothy 2:2 (NASB 1995)
What Jesus Is Teaching
Discipleship is meant to multiply. Jesus formed followers who would help others follow Him.
Faith grows deeper when it moves from receiving to sharing. God works through relationships to continue His mission across generations.
Every disciple is invited to participate in this ongoing work.
Why This Matters for Discipleship
Spiritual growth does not end with personal transformation. Discipleship becomes complete as we walk with others and encourage them toward Christ.
God uses ordinary believers to help others grow in faith.
You are invited into that story.
Walking It Out
Consider your next step.
Ask:
Where is God inviting me to go deeper?
This may involve seeking discipleship, joining a community, or walking alongside someone else in faith.
Take one step toward relational discipleship.
Reflect & Respond
- What has God stirred in your heart during this journey?
- What next step feels clear to you?
- Who might God be calling you to encourage or disciple?
Prayer
Lord, thank You for inviting me into Your mission. Lead me into relationships where I can grow and help others grow. Use my life to reflect Your love and multiply faithful disciples. Amen.
Closing Invitation
Discipleship grows best in relationships. If you’re ready to walk this journey with others, we invite you to join the journey.
